World Equestrian Center – Ocala 2024 November and December Show Series Entry and Stall Reminder

Entries and stall reservations are open for the 2024 November and December Show Series at World Equestrian Center – Ocala. The Premier Hunter/Level 6 Jumper competition, sanctioned by US Equestrian (USEF), will host two weeks of shows from November 6-17 and two weeks of shows from December 3-15. The first week of December will be highlighted by Fédération Equestre Internationale (FEI) CSI3* competition on December 3-8.

Exhibitors, please note the following updates for this the 2024 November and December Show Series:
Tack, paddock, and feed and bedding splits are now accepted. Follow the updated process when submitting your entries.
Submit your entries on HorseShowing.com. A $50 deposit is required. Trainers need to create a “Barn Account,” to order stalls, tack stalls, paddocks, feed and bedding. A form of payment must be provided at the Horse Show Office located in Indoor Arena 1. Individual entries can pay for stalls online at HorseShowing.com or include a form of payment on the entry blank. If you are unable to provide payment in person, complete the credit card slip below and email it directly to Kelly.Cyphert@wec.net. You will receive a confirmation email once the form of payment has been received.
Stall splits must be submitted to the show office by Friday at closing time. All accounts must be settled in full each week.

New Health Paper Procedures Starting November 1, 2024
Beginning November 1, 2024, health papers will be checked at the entry gates. To expedite check-in, health papers can be emailed to OcalaHealth@wec.net ahead of your arrival. In the email, please state the horse’s show name and the trainer’s name.
- 30-day statement of health, certificate of veterinary inspection or a health certificate is required for all horses arriving from inside or outside the state of Florida
- Coggins within one (1) year
- Trainer/Owner Health Declaration (new for 2024) signed by an owner/trainer confirming that the horse has not experienced a fever exceeding 101.5 degrees or any disease in the 72 hours leading up to its arrival. Additionally, the horse must not have been exposed to or treated for an unexplained fever in the past 28 days and must have tested negative for any disease at least 30 days prior to arrival. If the horse has tested positive within the last six months for any infectious diseases, this information should also be disclosed. See form.
- Vaccine records of Flu/Rhino within the span of six (6) months.
